You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The item is not a final sale, perishable, or a hygiene-sensitive product (e.g., opened beauty products or supplements)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items not due to our error
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Opened supplements or personal care items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Clearance or final-sale items
🔁 How to Request a Return
- Email our support team at contact@blacksealtd.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return
- We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
🔄 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
