Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The item is not a final sale, perishable, or a hygiene-sensitive product (e.g., opened beauty products or supplements)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Opened supplements or personal care items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Clearance or final-sale items

🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email our support team at contact@blacksealtd.co.uk within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
